I called at 15:00 and asked for the food I wanted, I was told that we had a package and we could send it to your address, then I called at 21:00 in the evening and was told that we did not have a package, let's open it. Disgraceful

The food you buy on the open market looks like it is mixed with other foods. They also add 1000+ TL on top of the internet price of 15 kilos.
